Kids through grade 6 will enjoy cowboy/girl stories, a western photo op, horse-and western-themed crafts, scavenger hunt, and lemonade & grub from our "Cactus Café." Western wear encouraged!
Cowboys and cowgirls in grades up to 6 are invited to mosey on down to the Askren Branch Library and enjoy stories about legendary Westerners like Pecos Bill, pose for a picture at our western photo op, make some horse- and western-themed crafts or grab a scavenger hunt sheet and two-step around the library in search of clues. Bring your favorite grown-up and a tin cup or mug if you wish, to enjoy lemonade and some grub from our "Cactus Café." Western wear encouraged!
