Hope Bolinger will discuss how to break into publishing the easiest way. She is a literary agent with more than 1000 of her own works published, from short stories to plays to novels for all ages.

There are a lot of Gatekeepers in publishing. Thankfully, Hope Bolinger has done just about everything from agenting, working at publishers, and writing for publication. She'll show you how to break into publishing the easiest way. Bring some writing samples to share with the group if you wish.

Hope has given classes at 300+ venues ranging from conferences to classroom settings, to libraries, to podcast/radio/TV. She is one of those weird authors who loves public speaking. She is a literary agent with more than 1000 of her own works published, from short stories and plays to middle grade, young adult, and adult fiction. When she isn't working five jobs or going crazy, she loves to play for her local handbell group, act in local theater, and cuddle her fat cat, Twix, against his will. She's been known to be spotted in a Red Riding Hood outfit downtown for no apparent reason and catching up with readers on social media @hopebolinger.
